I'm a licensed broker and Realtor in the state of Colorado, with deep roots in El Paso County. I know this market the way you know a neighborhood you've lived in for years — the rhythms, the outliers, the streets that are about to change and the ones that already have.
When I'm not working real estate, I'm thinking about business strategy, reading about negotiation theory, and looking for patterns in how decisions get made — and how they could be made better.
